Awful shop. Rude staff and managers. Had to explain my consumer rights when returning a faulty coat. The cashier left me waiting at the till, walking off for 10 minutes without saying a word and coming back with a smart ass manager. Avoid like the plague.

Overall it is a great store and there are many options of clothing to choose from which is very nice. But the management at sports direct especially by the name of 'Kevin' is a total douchebag. I brought a couple clothes from sports direct and when I went home to try them on I wasn't satisfied so I decided to go back the very next day to return, employee was happy to take the items back until the manager Kevin decided to step in and decided to cancel it off as it had been worn. Clothing had no sign of use, literally no general wear whatsoever, it was basically brand new! I was approached by another manager from a different apartment who said nothing was wrong with the clothing and he would have accepted to take it back but couldn't do anything because he worked in a different department. He also left a side note, "Kevin is a prick".

I think it is well stocked but if you do not see many brands, there is their website shop and Robinson's for horsey stuff.

Their manager, a fast talking loud black man was arrogant, obnoxious and condenscending. Ok, mister Manager, as I shop mostly online (Amazon), where I don't have to face clueless staff or obnoxious managers...you do the math: what is your job's worth?

It has a wide selection of sports clothing and trainer's and the prices are competitive. However, they have no foot measuring device, considering the size it just not acceptable especially when buying for children! The service is non existent , it's just not an enjoyable experience. I would only shop there when needs must! Would always try online retailers first.
